Can someone explain something to me...

Why is watching someone hurt themselves ... on purpose ... funny? It is though, isn't it. I howled at the first jackass movie, and at that ripoff one with the Welsh lads putting stinging nettles on their knackers, although possibly not as much. Probably coz it was Welsh. Well, they're making another one, and AICN have linked teh trailer here. Well worth a look, I think I'm going to enjoy this one too. I especially like that fact that they use all of the worst reviews from the first movie as advertisements for the second;

This is the same approach taken by Iain Bank's publishers to advertise the Wasp Factory. It worked on me then and it'll work on me now; disgusting and depraved and winds up the churchies. Ticks all my boxes.

I think I worked out what I like about it. Oh, no I haven't.
